Crepe recipe

Ingredients:

flour 1 cup
milk 1 ¼ cups
eggs 1
vanilla (optional) ¼ teaspoon

Instructions:

double the ingredients to make more. recipe above makes about enough for one or two person. mix the ingredients together well with whisk. Use pan and heat stove. Carefully put hand above pan to feel heat. When rising heat from pan is warm, put butter or coconut oil on pan, should melt, adjust heat as needed. put heat to 5-6.

Use ladel to put crepe batter on pan right after putting butter or coconut oil. Quickly spread crepe batter on pan. wait until edges start curling, when so, use spatula to check underneath crepe, should be golden or darker spots. Flip crepe if so. if still white but solid, wait a few seconds and flip. wait 30 sec-1 min. and finished.
