Cut the sausage in half, bake in a 9×14 inch pan until about half done (about 15 minutes). Beat the eggs until light and fluffy, add the milk and the sifted dry ingredients. Beat until bubbles appear. Pour the fat off the sausage and then pour the batter over the sausages. Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes, turn off heat and leave for another 10 minutes.
